A:Please check if the terminals between LCD panel and Power Unit Box is loosen.

A:Please try to use a new LCD panel or new Power Unit Box to replace the old one.
3.Q: What can I do if the room temp. is a little bit different from the actual?
A: Please manually adjust the "Temperature Compensation" in item 1 of high senior options.
4.Q: Can I pair the thermostat with other hub?
A:Yes, this is a wifi thermostat which doesn't need zigbee gateway.
